• 1963

  Miriam’s grandparents started HASC - the first school and camp in America to help children and adults with special needs. HASC continues to help children reach their full potential today.

• 1997

  Miriam decides to carry on her family legacy and begins her degree in occupational therapy.

• 2004

  Miriam starts to specialize in helping children with behavioral issues.

• 2012

  Miriam opens her private practice - The Thrive Group.

• 2014

  Firmly established as an expert, Miriam begins to speak worldwide on topics such as sensory integration, childhood development, regulation and typical behavioral issues.

• 2015

  Miriam is invited to join the board of the New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association.

• 2018

  The Thrive Group expands to four offices.

• 2020

  Bloom launches to help children reach their full potential, no matter where they are in the world.
